I'm Worthy

Workout tracker for iPhone

A strength-training log built around machine workouts. It comes loaded with Hammer Strength machines, Smith machine lifts and bodyweight exercises, then works out what to lift next, which muscles are still recovering, and whether the day is in balance.

Platform
iPhone, iOS 27
Status
In final development. Coming to the App Store.
Data
Workouts stay on the phone. Steps and State of Mind are read from Apple Health when you allow it.
Built with
SwiftUI, HealthKit, on-device Apple Intelligence

Progression that thinks ahead

Each exercise can run on Standard double progression (fill the rep range, then add load) or Autoregulated by reps in reserve, which estimates a one-rep max and works back to a target load. One session never moves the weight more than 10%, and time off eases the load back in rather than dropping you at your old numbers.

Muscle recovery map

A body map shows what is still tired right now, from grey to orange to red. Stabilizers count for less on machines. When a muscle has not recovered, the next suggestion holds the load or drops a set.

Weekly volume at a glance

See which muscles you trained and how much, per workout or across the week, against typical weekly set targets. Gaps show up before they become habits.

A daily 天地人 ring

Three arcs for heaven, earth and person: Mind fills with State of Mind check-ins, Body with steps, Practice with the week's workouts. When all three are full, the ring reads “In balance”.

Built for the gym floor

One exercise open at a time, sets ticked off as you go, optional reps in reserve, and remembered machine setups: seat and handle positions, cable attachments.

Reports written on the phone

Every number in the post-workout report is computed in code. Apple Intelligence writes only the wording, on the device, and its output is checked so it cannot invent figures. Nothing goes to a server.

Apple Health, both ways

Finished workouts save as Traditional Strength Training with your effort rating. “How do you feel right now?” saves as a State of Mind entry. A Step Log marks every day you hit your step goal with a trophy.

Research you can read

The app cites the studies behind its recovery and volume models in an in-app Acknowledgements screen. A daily quote from Bruce Lee, athletes and coaches is on the Dashboard.

The Official Jacked on Sobriety App

Designed for Jacked on Sobriety

The companion app for a community where recovery meets the gym. A sober-day counter, a workout library and real help, in one place. No judgement. Just brotherhood.

Platform
Android 8.0 and up
Status
In closed testing on Google Play. Public release planned for the end of November 2026.
Privacy
No account, no tracking and no internet permission. Everything stays on the phone.
Built with
Kotlin, Jetpack Compose, Health Connect

Sober-day counter

Set the day your count began and watch it grow. Badges land at 1, 7, 30, 60, 90 and 180 days, then at 1, 2 and 5 years, with a countdown to the next one.

Daily check-in

“Stayed sober today?” with Yes, Close call or Slipped, then craving level, what set it off, what helped, and a note. After a slip, a no-judgement screen offers 988 and lets you restart the count or keep it.

Mood check-in

Pick an emotion on a seven-step pleasantness scale, add feeling words and what is having the biggest impact. Modeled on Apple's State of Mind.

A calendar of your days

Every day since your clean date is tinted. Sobriety answers, completed workouts and mood colours show on each day, with monthly totals and four-week trends.

12 workouts

Push, Pull, Legs, Full Body, Core, Conditioning and Recovery sessions, filtered by focus and by time. Each has a cool-down routine and recovery tips, and Home picks a workout for today.

Help, one tap away

Crisis lines for call and text, eight recovery programs, and a Need backup? card on Home. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 or 988.

Steps and widgets

Daily steps from Health Connect without double counting a phone and a watch, a daily reminder you set yourself, and two home-screen widgets for days clean and streak progress.

Community

Quote of the day, member stories, training partners, supplements and the merch store.

CPTSD Companion

For iPhone and Apple Watch

A trauma-informed app that builds a private picture of your own stress and sleep patterns from Apple Health, so you can notice what is building before it lands. There are no colour-coded alarms and no scores, and nothing is compared with a population “normal”.

Platform
iPhone (iOS 18+) with Apple Watch companion
Status

Data
Read from Apple Health. State of Mind is written from the journal.
Built with
SwiftUI, SwiftData, HealthKit, Apple Foundation Models

Your baseline, nobody else's

HRV, resting heart rate, deep sleep, sleep fragmentation and State of Mind are each measured only against your own recent history.

A reason before every permission

Every Apple Health request is explained in plain language first, before the system dialog appears. A checklist then shows which Health settings would improve your data.

Dream Journal

Log an episode with its date, an intensity from 1 to 5 and whether it woke you. A night strip shows your last ten nights by sleep stage, with logged episodes marked. Entries save to Apple Health as State of Mind, and can be restored after a reinstall.

Stress Zone

A descriptive view of whether today shows a low HRV and a high resting heart rate together, checked against the last 90 days. It is a proof of concept: no alert, nothing sent to your watch.

Caffeine, honestly estimated

Log doses to see an estimate of caffeine in the bloodstream, a sleep-safe time and projected sleep lost. The studies behind each estimate are listed in the app.

Night Watch

An opt-in Apple Watch mode designed to interrupt nightmares, inspired by NightWare's heart-rate-triggered haptics. It is still being built and has not yet been tested on a real watch.

Private by design

Apple's on-device model writes one-sentence night summaries. Your journal and baselines live on your device, and nothing is sent to a server.

CPTSD Companion is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or replace a clinician. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 in the US. More places to start are on the Resources page.

iPhone · Game Early prototype

Irish Halloween

A game themed on Samhain, the Gaelic festival that Halloween grew out of. So far it is a title screen: full-bleed artwork, a Celtic-style border and a menu that reads Enter the Beyond, Learn the Lore, Character Creation and Options. The game itself is still to come.

Platform
iPhone, iOS 18 and up

How I build

Private by default

No accounts. Data lives on your device, and health data goes only to Apple Health or Health Connect, where you control it.

Native, not wrapped

Each app is built natively for its platform: SwiftUI on iPhone, Jetpack Compose on Android.

On-device intelligence

Where an app uses AI, it runs on the phone. Numbers are computed in code, and the model only helps with wording.
